Delivery

• All delivery orders must be placed at least 90 minutes in advance (except for selected items), cakes from Shophouse by Shangri-La will require 3 days advance order.
• Delivery fee is SGD20 nett per location in Singapore. Complimentary delivery for purchases above SGD200 nett.

Takeaway

• All orders can be collected from Shophouse by Shangri-La, located in the Tower Wing Lobby or Grab & Go from hotel's driveway.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

• Payment will not be refunded or exchanged for cash. Any un-used value will be forfeited.
• Should there be any ordered items(s) which are not available, the hotel shall contact the customer to offer alternatives. Customer can choose to either:
  1. Accept alternative item suggested by hotel, or
  2. Cancelling the order and receive full refund
